Sailing Clouds

Sailing clouds, waxing prime,
Proud of their great number.
They sail slowly by, not too high, looking us all over.

Big bold clouds.
Fast-moving clouds.
Bold little clouds.
Clean bright clouds.

Moving smartly, upright, sharp.
Big bold clouds passing by,
looking down, they try to see,
What kind of clouds we mortals be

Big bold clouds
come from somewhere,
Going somewhere,
Seeing us along the way.

Watching us go stately by,
Watching as we drift along,
Watching us look up at them
They're amazed
that we're so small.

Big clouds almost never come this close to people.
Easily able to take care of themselves -
Bold clouds, in close,
A meeting of different creatures,
people like us and sailing clouds.
